At Eugea, we are committed to offering intimate pieces designed with quality, comfort, and elegance in mind.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or opened, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@eugealingerie.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
